Mahaswamy of Sringeri

To continue the episode about the Sri Chandrasekhara Bharati Mahaswamy,
I wish record an incident which happened about middle of December, 2008

My close relative is a regular visitor to Sringeri to have Darshan of
Mahaswamy Sri Bharti Theerth Mahaswamy. She was in Sringeri about 20th
December and was standing in the queue to have dharsan of His Holiness
with plate full of fruits etc. Being an old lady she could not keep it
for long.So a gentleman who was standing behind her, volunteered to
keep the plate till she takes her turn.

After the interview was over, this gentleman who had come with his
brother came to my relative to get acquainted.

During the conversation, he said he is alive now only because of the
grace of Mahaswamy.He and his brother are constuction engineers of
repute and they come from Mumbai.They were trapped inside a room
during the terror attack in Mumbai and spent more than 24 hours
without food or water and fear about their safely and life. They
prayed Mahaswamy to rescue them.That was the only hope they had at
that time.

Now he has undertaken some constuction work for the Math. He wants to
come to Sringeri as frequently as possible.
